If this is a new booking, we just need to double-check and make sure we don’t have any booking conflicts with the other booking portals we use. And occasionally, home owners fail to give us advance notice of their plans to use their homes themselves.
Once we are sure we haven’t double-booked and there are no other scheduling conflicts, we will complete your reservation. We will notify you if there are any booking issues, and if we are unable to accept the reservation, we will refund your payment promptly.
You will receive a welcome letter by email that will give you details on how to get to Saboga and what to bring with you. If you don’t see it shortly, check your spam folder. Sometimes they end up getting routed there.
