El Remanso’s Green Parrot studio apartment is located on the lower level of the house overlooking the beach and has its own private, separate entrance. A wood-decked patio just outside the sleeping area overlooks the beach just below, and brick steps lead from the patio down to the beach.
The 400 square-foot apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, electric range and oven, and toaster and coffee maker. A king bed and a queen sofa bed allow the apartment to accommodate up to 4 guests. A tiled bath with single vanity and shower also has a closet.
