El Remanso’s Sandpiper studio apartment is located on the lower level of the house and has its own private, separate entrance. A wood deck overlooks the beach just below, and brick steps lead from the concrete patio down to the beach.
The apartment has a small but well-equipped kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, gas range and oven, and toaster and coffee maker. A queen bed and a queen sofa bed allow the apartment to accommodate up to 4 guests.
The apartment is also furnished with air conditioning, ceiling fan, wall mounted flat-panel TV with Amazon FireTV, free WIFI, a security safe and a dresser for clothes.
The bath is fully tiled with large Italian tiles, with shower and single vanity.
